INGREDIENTS: Green Tea, Burdock Root, Raspberry Leaf, Reiki Energy

HOW TO USE: Add 1 teaspoon of dry herbs to a cup of hot water or tea kettle and allow to steep for 5-7 minutes. Add a natural sweetener if needed.
