About the Chakras

GUIDED MEDITATION · ZEN RESET

Zen Reset Breathe

Before you explore the chakras, take a moment to ground yourself. Find a quiet, peaceful space, settle into a comfortable seated position, and place both feet firmly on the earth. Allow yourself to become present.

Take a deep breath, press play, and let my voice guide you back home to yourself.

— Andrea "Zen Goddess" Polk

Blocked / Balanced

A moment to notice how you feel. In chakra traditions, these themes offer a way to reflect on where you may feel stuck and where you feel supported.
