Her-Story
How a health journey became a spiritual awakening — and a healing practice that now travels from the room into your everyday.

My health journey led me to a transformative spiritual awakening one that illuminated my natural gifts and sparked a new perspective on healing.
After facing significant physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual challenges, I was called to slow down, look inward, and discover new ways to support my healing. Through daily practices of mindfulness, breathwork, self-reflection, energy work, nature, and intentional self-care, I experienced a profound transformation that changed the way I viewed wellness and life itself.
I believe the key to every ailment lies in an emotional, mental, energetic, or spiritual imbalance. In my practice I weave together metaphysical, Ayurvedic and self-care traditions to heal the whole of you like the butterfly, from the inside out.
Known by many as the Zen Goddess, I am a wellness educator, entrepreneur, Certified Reiki Master Teacher, mother, and transformational guide dedicated to helping others reconnect with themselves through mindfulness, self-awareness, and intentional living.
What began as a personal journey evolved into a framework that has helped individuals, students, entrepreneurs, and organizations cultivate greater balance, resilience, and clarity. Today it is brought into rooms of every size intimate circles, corporate gatherings, conferences, retreats and festivals, each one shaped around the people present.

The App · Zen Reset
The practices that turned my own health journey around were things I had to carry with me every day — a check-in, a breath, a page of journaling, a ritual matched to where I actually was. Zen Reset is that, in your pocket: the same framework I use in the room, so the work doesn't stop when the session ends.
